Our Story

When I moved to Bolton at the end of 2023, I found myself in a new town without friends or a social circle — and honestly, it felt pretty lonely. I’ve always loved health and fitness, but those typical gym workouts? They kept leaving me with injuries. Eventually, I started finding every excuse not to go. I knew I needed something different.

​

That’s when I discovered Pilates. It wasn’t just about the movements; it was about building strength from the inside out — both physically and mentally. It completely changed how I approached fitness and, more importantly, how I felt about myself.

But I didn’t just want to open a studio. I wanted to create a space where people could show up for themselves and each other. A place where we celebrate progress, cheer each other on, and grow together. That’s the heart of Pilates Suite — a community where we lift each other up and become the best versions of ourselves.

  • Full Body Flow
    A 50 minute class designed to work your entire body while focusing on stretching, lengthening, and improving balance and flexibilty. Through controlled movements and mindful breathing, you’ll build strength, enhance mobility, and flexibility. With a slower pace, it’s perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a full body workout.
  • Lower Body and Core
    A 50 minute class focusing on lower body and core. Suitable for all abilities, exercises can be modified to match your level—whether you're looking for a steady challenge or an intense workout. Get ready to feel the burn!
  • Upper Body and Core
    A 50 minute class designed to target your arms, shoulders, back, and core, helping you build strength, stability, and better posture. Suitable for all abilities, exercises can be modified to match your level—whether you're looking for a steady challenge or an intense workout. Get ready to feel the burn!
  • Jump HIIT
    A 50 minute high-intensity, cardio-based class uses the jumpboard to elevate your heart rate while still being low-impact on your joints. Expect dynamic, controlled movements that challenge your strength, endurance, and coordination. Suitable for all levels, it is recommended that you try out Fully Body Flow first before booking onto this class. Get ready to sweat!
